National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Declaration of Essential Industry (No. 116).

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby declare the tire retreading industry to be an essential industry for the purposes of those regulations.
