THE following special order made by the Hawke's Bay County Council on the 10th day of August, 1942, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928 :—
SPECIAL ORDER.
In pursuance of section 4 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Hawke's Bay County Council hereby declares burdock to be a noxious weed within the jurisdiction of the said Council.

The Industrial Disputes Emergency Regulations 1942.—Appointment of National Emergency Disputes Board.
IN exercise of the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by the Industrial Disputes Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Labour doth hereby appoint the following persons to be a National Emergency Disputes Board for the purposes of the said regulations :—

PURSUANT to the Money-lenders Regulations 1934 and the Publication of Registers Emergency Regulations 1942, the following amending list showing names added to and removed from the list of persons holding money-lenders' licenses as on 1st May, 1941, and published in the Gazette of 29th May, 1941, together with changes of registered addresses since the 1st May, 1941, is published for general information.
