CHANGE OF NAME.
N OTICE is hereby given that I, HENRY WILLIAM CARLÉ, of Masterton, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Clerk, lately called William Henry Carlé Carr, have this day executed a deed-poll (intended to be enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand) whereby I have renounced the use of the names William Henry Carlé Carr and in lieu thereof have assumed and adopted the names Henry William Carlé.

NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR BOARD.
I, CHARLIE EMANUEL BELLRINGER, Chairman of the New Plymouth Harbour Board, do hereby certify that, pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, a resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the New Plymouth Harbour Board held on the 12th day of March, 1942, and confirmed on the 27th day of March, 1942, providing for the issue under Part II of that Act of new securities in conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the loan specified in the First Schedule to the New Plymouth Harbour Board Loan Conversion Order 1942.

THE PHARMACY BOARD ELECTION REGULATIONS 1940.
NOTICE OF ELECTION.
N OTICE is hereby given that a general election of members of the Pharmacy Board is to be held. Rolls of the persons entitled to vote will be closed for the purposes of the election at noon on Wednesday, the 30th day of September, 1942.
The last hour and day fixed for receiving nominations of candidates for the election is twelve o'clock (noon) on the 10th day of October, 1942.
The last hour and day for receiving voting-papers for the election (should a poll be required) will be twelve o'clock (noon) on the 31st day of October, 1942.
Nominations, on the prescribed form, of candidates for election as employers' representatives, and voting-papers relating to such candidates, will be received at the office of the Registrar under the Pharmacy Act, 1939, situated at No. 59 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington C. 3.

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:—
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription 30s. per annum in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 25s.
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
(5) Loose-leaf binder for filing serial issues, 6s. 6d.; postage free.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now with the Government Printer, Wellington, or at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
