to be the Bucklands Beach Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tennis Club Pavilion, Hattaway Avenue, Bucklands Beach, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

BUCKLANDS BEACH DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 39·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 107 to 109, 144, 178, and 183, D.P. 17870, Town of Tamaki Extension No. 14. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/793, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Harold Leslie McMillan,
Lawry Hamilton Knight, and
Alfred Charles Whiting
to be the Ongarue Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and Ellis and Burnand's Hall, Ongarue, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ONGARUE DOMAIN.
SECTION 4, Block I, Tuhua Survey District, Auckland Land District : Area, 22 acres 2 roods.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 32·8 perches, more or less, comprising Subdivision 1 of Section 2, Subdivision 1 of Section 9, Subdivision 2 of Subdivision 1 of Section 1, and Subdivision 2 of Subdivision 2 of Section 1, all in Block X, Tangitu Survey District : Bounded towards the north-east by Subdivision 5 of Section 9, 670·48 links ; towards the south-east by the said Subdivision 5, 92·16 links, Subdivision 2 of Section 2, 495·38 links, and Subdivision 1 of Subdivision 2 of Section 1, 80 links ; towards the south-west by the said Subdivision 1 of Subdivision 2 of Section 1, 420·45 links, and Subdivision 1 of Subdivision 1 of Section 1, 249·97 links ; and towards the north-west by the Taumarunui - Te Kuiti Road, 661·52 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/469B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Westland Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1942.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for camp purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Recreation Reserve in the Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Tokaanu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Tokaanu Domain Board.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for municipal purposes : And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Timaru :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Timaru, in trust, for municipal purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less, and being Lot 1 of Reserve 102, situated in the Borough of Timaru, and bounded as follows :
