Additional Land at Glen Afton taken for the Purposes
of the Huntly-Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-
Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Huntly-
Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to
take further land at Glen Afton in addition to land
previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me
by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of
the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes
above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 3 roods
7 perches, being part Lot 24, D.P. 1280, and being
part Allotment 166, Pepepe Parish.
Situated in Block I, Newcastle Survey District, Raglan
County. (S.O. 31864.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6941,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
August, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land : 3 acres 0 roods 7.4 perches.
Being parts Sections 8 and 9, Harbour District.
Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113213,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
August, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods
6 perches.
Being part Section 1, Waimana Settlement.
Situated in Block III, Waimana Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 31342.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112733,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured grey.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of
August, 1942.
