IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by
Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency
Regulations 1940, I, Robert Semple, Minister of National
Service, do hereby declare the knitting factories of the
firms named as set forth hereunder to be essential under-
takings for the purposes of those regulations:—
