Major G. H. Gray, M.C., V.D., relinquishes the appointment of Officer Commanding, No. 3 Training Battalion, Mobilization Camp, Papakura, and is appointed Officer Commanding, No. 2 Training Battalion, Mobilization Camp, Trentham. Dated 8th January, 1942.

Captain F. N. Hornibrook, A.N.Z.I.A., L.R.I.B.A., A.M.I.S.E. (Lond.), M.R.S.I. (Lond.), relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade (Engineers), Army Headquarters, and is appointed Senior Staff Officer (Engineers), Army Headquarters. Dated 9th January, 1942.

Captain N. W. M. Hawkins, 3rd Field Regiment, N.Z. Artillery, to be Captain (temp.), and is appointed Instructor in Gunnery (Field), Southern Military District. Dated 20th December, 1941.
