A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112880, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1942.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 1 rood 36 perches.
Being part Section 28s, Koremoa Settlement.
Situated in Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32247.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112782, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1942.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 4:8 perches.
Being part Section 113, Waitara West District; coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 21.7 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 112, Waitara West District; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7979.)
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112873, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
By virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY. ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, containing by admeasurement 31 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Sections 4 and 7, Block XV, Kaitieke Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 62/41, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1942.
