A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 2 roods 27.6 perches. Being part Section 610, Patea District.

Situated in Block XIII, Opaku Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7991.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114691, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1942.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114876, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1942.

Altering a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Street in the Borough of Greymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and of any other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the Proclamation dated the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 26 of the twelfth day of the same month, proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Greymouth, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the Schedule mentioned therein, which is hereby revoked.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street :-

0 1 29·1 Part Section 472 and part Reserve 82, Town of Greymouth ; coloured blue.

Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4289.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113338, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of July, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 1 rood 19.5 perches.

Adjoining Sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14, Block XCI, Town of Waitara West.

Situated in the Borough of Waitara (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7995.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114706, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of August, 1942.

Revoking a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block VIII, Waitoa Survey District, and Block V, Aroha Survey District-viz., Portion of the No. 17 Hamilton-Paeroa State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of the ninth day of the same month at page 2136, and registered under No. 9455, Auckland Registry, defining the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block VIII, Waitoa Survey District, and Block V, Aroha Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1942.
