NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licenses.

Watson, Napier	For a variation in the conditions attached to his industrial fishing license to permit of the fishing-vessel "Akina" being re-engaged in the industry, using trawl nets, and consequentially for conditions applicable to industrial fishing licenses in respect of the "Olive," NR. 39, to be varied so as to exclude the use of Danish seine nets	Granted	13 July, 1942.
