LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 318, folio 267 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 21, Deposited Plan 10124, being portion of Allotment 89 of the Parish of Waikomiti, whereof JOHN MARSHALL, of Avondale, Carpenter, and ANNIE MARSHALL, his wife, are registered proprietors, having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 107745, affecting the said certificate of title, Vol. 318, folio 267, given by John Finlay, as mortgagor, to WILLIAM ALFRED CHITHAM, of Auckland, Warehouseman, as mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage after fourteen days from the 15th January, 1942.
