Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block V, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 acres 2 roods 5 perches.
Being part Allotment S.W. 15, Ahipara Parish; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 0 roods 22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 16 and part S.W. 15, Ahipara Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Ahipara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 17905.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112512, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of January, 1942.

Crown Land in North Auckland Land District set apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same are hereby, set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CITY OF AUCKLAND.—PART ORAKEI BLOCK.
ALL those areas containing together by admeasurement 51 acres 0 roods 29·4 perches, more or less, being Sections 296–336, part 338, 339–342, 344–353, part 354, part 355, part 356, 358–363, part 364, 365, 366, part 367, part 368, 369–376, 378–396, part 397, 398–405, part 407, part 408, 409–411, 413–416, 418–422, parts 423, 424–427, part 428, 429–439, 441–448, and 450–476, Town of Orakei, as shown on plan No. 30989, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/43/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all those areas containing by admeasurement 14·2 perches, being Section 412, Town of Orakei; 22·9 perches, being parts Sections 338 and 364, Town of Orakei; 17·4 perches, being parts Sections 397 and 423, Town of Orakei; 14·9 perches, being Section 440, Town of Orakei; and 12·4 perches, being Section 449, Town of Orakei: be all the aforesaid areas more or less; as shown on plans Nos. 25393, 25765, 30119, and 30215, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/43/8A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all those areas containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 34·6 perches, 3 acres 0 roods 7·6 perches, 6 acres 0 roods 11·2 perches, 5 acres 3 roods 30·9 perches, and 7 acres 0 roods 33·4 perches (a total of 24 acres 1 rood 37·7 perches), more or less, being part Orakei Blocks Nos. 1E, 1F 1, 1F 2, 1G, and 3G; part Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Crown Grant No. 14422; and part Sections 11, 21, and 22, Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District; as shown on plan No. 32181 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/43/8B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1942.
