A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Blocks X and XI, Hukerenui Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto (which were taken for the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway (extension from Waiotu to Hukerenui) and which are no longer required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Whangarei-Kamo Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
