IN the Index to Gazette, 1941, Vol. I, under Harbours Act, the first entry should be amended by adding the word “Board” after “Auckland Harbour” and by deleting the page number 805. The following additional entry should be inserted under Harbours Act: “Altering representation of certain districts on the Lyttelton Harbour Board, 805.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 2 perches.
Being part Taumata-Makuku No. 2B Block.
Situated in Block XI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30677.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111533, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of May, 1942.

Being Crown land, formerly being part Town Belt adjoining Town of Wellington.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 2084.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114283, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
