Notice of Intention to take Land in Blocks IX and XIV, Invercargill Hundred, Blocks I and II, Town of Wallacetown,
Blocks XI and XVI, New River Hundred, Block I, Village of Woodfield, Blocks VIII and XIV, Town of Waimatuku, and
Blocks VII and XXIV, Jacobs River Hundred, for Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public
work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken; And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited
in the post-office at Waimatuku and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said
public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said
public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above
mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to take Leasehold Estates and Interests in Block V, New River Hundred, and Blocks VII and XII, Jacobs
River Hundred, for the Purposes of a Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take
the leasehold estates or interests in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty
the King by Gilbert Loxley Galt under and by virtue of Lease No. 8429 as to the land firstly described in such Schedule, and
by Harold George Pinckney under and by virtue of Lease No. 8983 as to the land secondly described in such Schedule, and by
William Grieve, John Morton Grieve, and Robert Glendinning Grieve under and by virtue of Lease No. 7357 as to the land
thirdly described in such Schedule, such leases being registered in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill, for the purposes
of a road: And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the said land in respect of which such leasehold estates or
interests are required to be taken are deposited in the post-office at Waimatuku and are there open for inspection; and that
all persons affected by the taking of the said leasehold estates or interests in the said land should, if they have any well-
grounded objections to the taking of the said leasehold estates or interests, set forth the same in writing, and send such
writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
