At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Thomas Bruce Hay Priest, Andrew McGaffin, Charles Nelson, Michael Ryan, and John Sutherland to be the Elsthorpe Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at half past two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Elsthorpe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Inangahua Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of May, 1942.
Present:
THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is portion of a reserve duly set apart as a site for an accommodation house: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for cemetery purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve as a site for an accommodation house to a reserve for cemetery purposes.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Inangahua County, containing by admeasurement 1 rood and 28 perches, more or less, being part of Section 28, Square 134, situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District, bounded towards the south-east by a public road 200·6 links, and towards the south-west, north-west, and north-east by the other portion of Section 28 aforesaid, 214 links, 198·2 links, and 213·5 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 22/2881A, deposited in the Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department, at Wellington, and thereon in outline bordered red. Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Otanake Survey District, Auckland Land District.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of May, 1942.

THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a native school-site (Papamoa) over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Tauranga County, situated in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Papamoa 2 No. 2A Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/300, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ALL that area containing 4 acres 2 roods 35·5 perches, more or less, being parts of Reserve 7, situated in Block X, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked 16/17/3D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
