of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much
of the Proclamation dated the twenty-fifth day of May, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the twenty-sixth day of the
same month, at page 1183, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Auckland as No. 9642, taking land for defence
purposes in Blocks VI and X, Waitemata Survey District, as
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land
being no longer required.

Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
May, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 24.3 perches.
Being portion of Railway land.
Situated in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District (Hawke's
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1173.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95373,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
May, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of
May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
