IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, sections 235, 236, and section 300 (1) (7), and in the matter of SANDOWN COAL CO., LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company has passed a resolution for voluntarily winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to the above sections of the Companies Act, 1933, on Saturday, 2nd May, at 10.30 a.m., in Room 8 (Ground Floor), T. and G. Buildings, 192 Hereford Street, Christchurch, for the purpose of dealing with matters arising out of the above sections of the Companies Act, 1933.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership under the name “The Woburn Coal Company,” heretofore carried on by Alfred James Hudson and Herbert Henry Lee, is dissolved by mutual consent as from the 20th day of April, 1942. As from that date the partnership business will be carried on by Herbert Henry Lee alone, and all liabilities of the partnership will be discharged by the said Herbert Henry Lee.
