side of the portion of Alfred Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as
Alfred Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 1053, and part Allotment 86,
Town of Blenheim (D.P. 135), being parts Section 1, District
of Omaka. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 113250, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Invercargill, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of
April, 1942.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Invercargill City Council on the
twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-two, viz. :
“ The Invercargill City Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the City of
Invercargill, by resolution declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side
of Cheyne Street adjoining Lot 20, Block II, Mitchell-
town Township, being all the land comprised and
described in Certificate of Title, Volume 155, folio 123,
in the Land Transfer Office at Invercargill ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Cheyne Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of forty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in
the Southland Land District, known as Cheyne Street,
fronting Lot 20, Block II, Township of Mitchelltown, Plan 454,
being part Section 2 of 32, Block I, Invercargill Hundred. As
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 113919, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day
of April, 1942.
Present:

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Piako County Council on the eighteenth
day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, in
so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in
the Schedule hereto, viz. :
“ The Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Piako, being the local authority having
control of the existing road hereinafter mentioned, the
same being of a less width than sixty-six feet, doth
hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, for
setting back the frontage thereof, shall not apply to all
that road fifty links wide being the north-eastern
boundary, and on the frontage of Lots 5, 6, and 7, portions
of the eastern part of Section 1, Block VIII, Waitoa
Survey District, delineated on the plan of Subdivision
No. 29696 in the Land Registry Office at Auckland ; ”
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of portion of an unnamed road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

situated in the Auckland Land District, Piako County,
fronting Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 14659, being portion of Section 1
of Block VIII, Waitoa Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113848,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act,
1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that street or portion of street known as Karamu
Road, adjoining Napier-Wellington Railway, Lots 2,
6, and 7, Deeds Plan 167, Lots 32, 35, and 38, Deeds
Plan 83A, and parts Lot 41, Deeds Plan 83B, Hawke’s
Bay Registry ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern
side of the portion of Karamu Road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street situated in the Hawke’s Bay
Land District, Borough of Hastings, known as Karamu
Road, fronting part Lot 2, Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 167, Lots 32,
35, and 38, Deeds Plan 83A, and parts Lot 41, Deeds Plan 83B,
being parts Heretaunga Block. As the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113207, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.
