Land taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 17 perches.
Being Lot 44, D.P. 207, being part Allotment 10, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32527.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1942.

Land taken for the Purposes of Waterworks in Block XII, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 160 acres 0 roods 6 perches.
Being Allotments 52, 53, and S.E. 55, Whangarei Parish.
Situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32333.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113443, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 36 perches.
Being part Allotment 235A, Parish of Waimana.
Situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30940.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
