A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of One Tree Hill), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32423.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113918, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of April, 1942.
