NZ 1497 Albyn James QUILL, LL.B., is granted a temporary commission in the rank of Pilot Officer. Dated 20th April, 1942.

NZ 411308 L.A.C. Ronald William MOIR, M.Sc. (Meteorological Branch), is granted a temporary commission in the rank of Pilot Officer. Dated 20th April, 1942.

Transfers.

NZ 1498 Flight Lieutenant Cheviot Wellington Dillon BELL is transferred from the Reserve of Officers, Section I, Class B, to the Administrative and Special Duties Branch in the rank of Flight Lieutenant. Dated 23rd February, 1942.

NZ 1499 Flying Officer Colin Marshall GORDON is transferred from the Reserve of Officers, Section I, Class B, to the Administrative and Special Duties Branch in the rank of Flying Officer. Dated 20th April, 1942.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 37 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby appoint—

  1. William George Bonner, being an Inspector under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Hairini, Kihikihi, Mangapiko, West Waikato, Waikato Central, Waipa, Wharepuhunga, Pukeatua, Tuhikarama, and the Pirongia Rabbit Boards established under the said Act, vice George Baines Melrose (deceased), and

  2. Osman Oliver Mackley, being an Inspector under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Waimatua, Edendale, and the Wyndham Rabbit Boards established under the said Act.
