IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Scott Drummond Abbot,
Frank Appleton,
John Thomas Clark,
George Septimus Moody,
Francis James Short,
James Thomas Tabb, and
Robson Anthony Hedley
to be the Opotiki and Waioka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of Mr. G. B. Murray, Main Street, Opotiki, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (8) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for gravel-pit purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 1 acre 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 2103, Block V, Hinds Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the west, north, and east by Rural Section 35875, 145-1 links, 500-0 links, and 419-8 links respectively, and towards the south-west by other part of Reserve 2103, 570-5 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/292, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Defining the Purpose of Public Reserves in the Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of April, 1942.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto are public reserves within the meaning of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and in the opinion of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand a doubt exists as to the purpose of such reserves:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section six of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby define the purpose to which the lands described in the said Schedule shall be dedicated as being recreation purposes.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 9, 25, and 43, D.P. 15982, being parts Allotment 246A No. 2, Waimana Parish, situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 37-5 perches, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in Southland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Oteramika Centennial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that parcel of land containing 5 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill as No. 3625, and being also part of Section 18, Block II, Oteramika Hundred. Certificate of Title, Volume 155, folio 278, Southland Registry.
