NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute-book dated 26th March, 1942, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :-

“That, as it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot by reason of its liabilities and loss of staff due to war conditions continue its business and that it is therefore advisable to wind up, it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. JOHN ROBSON, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby nominated liquidator for the company for the purpose of such winding up.”

A meeting of creditors of the company will be held at 2.30 p.m. on the 10th day of April, 1942, at the Commercial Travellers’ Building to consider the affairs of the company and to confirm the appointment of liquidator or, if thought fit, to appoint their own nominee as liquidator.
