Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for a Roadman’s Cottage in Block XI, Waiho Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Archibald Alfred Richard Barrett under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 35, folio 172, Westland Registry, for a term of thirty-three years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, is hereby taken for a roadman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which a leasehold estate or interest is taken: 1 rood.

Being Section 3, Town of Waiho Gorge.

Situated in Block XI, Waiho Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 2414.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113463, deposited in the office of the Minister or Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1942.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Palmerston North – Woodville Branch, Palmerston North Deviation) in Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 123 of the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at page 2838, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3022, taking land for railway in Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a roadman’s cottage; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood.

Being Section 3, Town of Waiho Gorge.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same are hereby, set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CITY OF AUCKLAND.—PART ORAKEI BLOCK.

ALL those areas containing together by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 14-6 perches, more or less, being Sections 224 to 232 and 234 to 251, Town of Orakei, as shown on S.O. plan 24617, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/43/8c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the Kaiteriteri Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said Kaiteriteri Domain.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTIONS 18 and 19, Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less. (S.O. plan 9137.)
