A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :-

Situated in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District. (S.O. 20700.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113287, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113583, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Palmerston North—Woodville Branch, Palmerston North Deviation).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 0·3 perches. Being part Allotment 11 of Rural Section 415, Township of Palmerston.
Situated in Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 20857.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113776, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1942.
