Land taken for a Public School in Block VIII, Waipukurau Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres.
Being part Block 37, Patangata Crown Grant District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 6256.

Situated in Block VIII, Waipukurau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2035.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113298, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of March, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:—

Situated in Block XII, Waitematā Survey District (Takapuna Parish) (Borough of Northcote) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27199.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113318, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of March, 1942.

All situated in Block V, Takapau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2016.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113469, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
