IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for travelling-stock purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

ALL that area in the Buller County containing by admeasurement 40 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, and being part Section 4, Block IX, Brighton Survey District. Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in the City of Wellington.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a public library and literary institute: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for municipal purposes:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a public library and literary institute to a reserve for municipal purposes.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement two perches and sixty-five one-hundredths of a perch (2·65 perches), more or less, being part of Reserve 13, Town of Wellington, bounded: Towards the south-east by other part of the said Reserve 13 comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 423, folio 118, Wellington Registry, 45·72 links; towards the north-west by part of Section 919, Town of Wellington, as delineated on Deposited Plan 11042, 47·01 links, and Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 9370, being part of Section 918, Town of Wellington, 29·91 links; towards the north-east by other part of the said Reserve 13, distance 4·88 links bearing 100° 32′; and again towards the north-east by Riddiford Street, 62·96 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 13/151A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange. Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve as a site for public library and Town Board offices to a reserve for buildings of the General Government.
