The Eastern Side of Portions of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of February, 1942.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz.:-
" The Main Highways Board, being the authority having control of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side generally of the portion of the above highway fronting parts Sections 21 and 22, District of Suburban North, Block V, Wakapuaka Survey District ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway first described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road, and on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of the said road secondly described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of one hundred and sixty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road for 796 links in a southerly direction generally from the northern boundary of part Section 22, District of Suburban North, and thence within a distance tapering to thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road at the southern boundary of the said part Section 22.
SCHEDULE.
FIRST, the eastern side of all that portion of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway, situated in the Nelson Land District, fronting part Section 21, District of Suburban North, Block V, Wakapuaka Survey District.
Secondly, the eastern side of all that portion of the said road fronting part Section 22, District of Suburban North, Block V, Wakapuaka Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112970, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of the Dunedin-Harrington Point Main Highway, in the County of Peninsula, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of the Dunedin-Harrington Point Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of the Dunedin-Harrington Point Main Highway, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Peninsula, fronting Sections 43, 44, 45, and 46, Upper Harbour East District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111528, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Te Teko Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Charles Francis Eivers,
Fenton Butler,
Roger Thomas Harty,
Thomas Melrose,
John Bernard Thomas,
Hunia Haare, and
John Walter Gordon Caldwell
to be the Te Teko Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Te Teko Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TE TEKO DOMAIN.-AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Allotment 115, Matata Parish : Area, 67 acres 21.8 perches.
Also Allotment 212, Matata Parish : Area, 4 acres 18 perches.
Also Section 5, Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (formerly part Lot 59B 3D 1B, Matata Parish): Area, 10 acres.
