A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 26·9 perches.
Being Lot 203, D.P. 17816, being part Allotment 18, Parish of Waiwera.
Situated in Block IV, Tiritiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32397.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112961, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1942.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road, and Road closed, in Block XV, Hapuakohe Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11 of the twenty-ninth day of the same month at page 406, and deposited in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Auckland as No. 10982, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block XV, Hapuakohe Survey District, Waikato County, by revoking the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation and substituting in lieu thereof the Schedule hereto.

All situated in Block XV, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29682.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101158, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
