BERTHAGE.
For vessels hauling alongside the wharf or landing-
place per day or part of a day, per ton of s. d.

STORAGE.

weight or measurement.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of George Street West, in
the Borough of Mount Albert, exempted from the Provisions
of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council on
the fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-one, in so far as it affects the side and portion of
street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"That the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby
resolves that that portion of George Street West fronting
Lot 5 on plan D.R.O.S. 3 or Lot 1 on present subdivision
contained in Certificate of Title, 512/187, be exempted
from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
eastern side of the portion of George Street West (described
in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three
feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount
Albert, known as George Street West, fronting Lot 5, Deeds
Plan S. 3, and being part Allotment 11, Section 10 of the
Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112928, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Hamama Road, in the
County of Takaka, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in

hundred and twenty-eight of Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the north-western portion of public
road adjoining Part 2 of Section 130, District of Takaka,
Block II, Takaka Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
western side of portion of Hamama Road (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of road situated
in the Nelson Land District, County of Takaka, known as
Hamama Road, fronting Part 2 of Section 130, District of
Takaka. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 112984, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
