Otauhuhu and Area Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942, approved.
Office of the Minister of Supply,
Wellington, 6th February, 1942.
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Delivery Emergency
Regulations 1940, the Minister of Supply, being
satisfied that all the vendors of milk (otherwise than by sale
over the counter) in the district specified in the scheme
referred to in the Schedule hereto are parties to the scheme
or have been given an opportunity of becoming parties
thereto, doth hereby approve the said scheme.
SCHEDULE.
OTAHUHU AND AREA MILK DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
-
“The zoning proposals” mean the proposals for zoning
of delivery of milk and cream in the district agreed to by the
persons described below, a copy of which is deposited in the
Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington, and
is marked “ Otauhuhu and Area Milk Zoning Proposals.” -
“The scheme” means the scheme described in the
zoning proposals so far as they provide for regulation of
deliveries of milk and cream. -
This notice shall come into operation on the day
following the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
The names and addresses of the vendors of milk and
cream who are parties to the scheme are as follows :—
