A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of February, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
1 rood 31 perches.
Being part Kohewhata No. 20B Block.

Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Kaikohe Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27245.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111894, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1942.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Marangairoa 1A 10 Block, Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Gisborne Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and seventy-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 12 acres 3 roods 28 perches.
Being portion of Marangairoa 1A 10 Block.

Situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District. (Plan 4161, blue.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2200D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2891, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1942.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:
