A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 35·5 perches. Adjoining or passing through Allotments part S.W. 146, part N.W. 147, and M. 147, Waikiekie Parish.
Situated in Block XVI, Tangihua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32293.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113081, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of February, 1942.

Adjoining or passing through part Lot 2, D.P. 4896, being part Sections 176 and 400, Whareama Block; coloured green.
All situated in Block VII, Mangapakeha Survey District. (S.O. 20753.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113266, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
