NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—RAGLAN HARBOUR.

Changes in Information.

Position: Observation Spot. Lat., 37° 46′·5 S.; long., 174° 52′·4 E.

Changes: The beacons shown on Rangitoto Point do not exist. The front and rear beacons on Tekohae Point are situated respectively 331° 1 cable and 037° 1¼ cables from their charted positions and are in line bearing 084°. The existing depth on bar is 8 ft. M.L.W.S. The beacons are triangular in shape and painted white with a black ball in the centre. A red light is exhibited from each beacon when a vessel is expected.

IT is hereby notified for public information that the several areas of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared to be infected areas for the purposes of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1940.
