Pursuant to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Kaipara Development Scheme.

Manufacture of Agar from Seaweed.

Manufacture for Sale of Linseed Oil and/or Oil-cake.

Notice is hereby given that any person who desires to apply for a license to engage in the industry of the manufacture of agar, or in the industry of the manufacture of linseed oil and/or oil-cake, should make application to the undersigned not later than 21st February, 1942. As soon as convenient after that date the Bureau of Industry will consider the applications that have been received.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than 21st February, 1942.
