IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 3 of the Transport Licensing Amendment Act, 1936,
the Minister of Transport doth hereby revoke the appointment
of Stanley Victor Raines, of Dunedin, as District Licensing
Authority for No. 3 Transport District made by Warrant dated
the 17th day of July, 1942, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the 23rd July, 1942, at page 1945, and doth hereby appoint
Thomas Herbert Langford, of Christchurch, as District Licensing
Authority for No. 3 Transport District.
