Amending the Order in Council authorizing the Riccarton Borough Council to erect Electric Lines in the Borough of Riccarton and Portions of the Christchurch City and Waimairi County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of November, 1942.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the license issued to the Riccarton Borough Council on the twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of June in the same year, by deleting from clause two thereof of the following sentence: “The primary distribution voltage shall be approximately 3,300 volts between phases,” and substituting therefor the following sentence: “The respective primary distribution voltages shall be approximately 3,300 volts and 11,000 volts between phases.”
