The Havelock North Milk Delivery Notice 1942.
Pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:
- This notice may be cited as the Havelock North Milk Delivery Notice 1942.
- This notice shall come into force on the Monday following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
- The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the said district.
SCHEDULE.
THE HAVELOCK NORTH MILK DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,
"The district" means the Town District of Havelock North and areas adjacent thereto as indicated by zones marked on the plan:
"The plan" means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington under No. TT. 3373:
"Minister" means the Minister of Transport:
"Zone" means a zone of the district marked on the said plan.
(2) Deliveries of milk under contract to schools are excluded from this scheme.
(3) The names of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the areas in which they may deliver milk are as follows:

R. Berrigan, Norton Road, Hastings
Area.
The area as described by the Zone No. 1 on the plan.
The area as described by the Zone No. 2 on the plan, being the area from far boundary of No. 2 Section, from Campbell Street on the right and far boundary of No. 4 Section on left from Knox Street to end of Selwyn Street, with exception of corner sections of Gillean Street.
The area as described by the Zone No. 3 on the plan.

The Eltham Commodities Delivery Notice 1942.
Pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:
- This notice may be cited as the Eltham Commodities Delivery Notice 1942.
- This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
- The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE ELTHAM COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.
(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,
"Commodities" means bread, meat, fruit, and vegetables;
"The district" means the area of the Eltham Borough as at present constituted;
"Wholesale purchaser" means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of commodities daily.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that the commodities shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
(3) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme are as follows:

J. P. Skittrup, Baker, London Street, Eltham.

"Wholesale purchaser" means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of commodities;
"Commodities" means bread, meat, fruit, and vegetables.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that commodities shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
