NOTICE is hereby given, that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Westland
Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of the WYNDHAM TOWN BOARD, for Section 18, Block V, Town of Wyndham, being all the land comprised in Vol. 75, folio 177, Southland Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the 26th November, 1942.

APPLICATIONS FOR PERMISSION TO CHANGE INTAKES AND ALTER COURSES OF WATER-RACES.
In the Warden's Court holden at Cromwell.
NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to the Warden at Cromwell by H.M. the King for permission to change the intakes and alter the courses of water-races held under Licenses Nos. 1233 and 1235 and to run the water entitled to be diverted thereunder from Bendigo Creek in the channel held under License No. 3908 through Run 238L and Sections 30 and 31, Block III, Wakefield Survey District.
And such applications will be heard in the Warden's Court at Cromwell on Thursday, 10th December, 1942, at 10.30 a.m.
Objections must be filed in the Registrar's office and notified to applicant at least three days before the time so appointed.
