And whereas it is now expedient to revoke the said acquisition
and vesting of the said lands:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance of every power and authority enabling him in this behalf,
doith hereby revoke the Orders in Council made on the twenty-sixth
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, pursuant
to the Valuation of Land Act, 1925, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette No. 80 at pages 2112 and 2113.
