Additional Land at Mercer taken for a Road-diversion in connection with the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road-diversion in connection with the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for road-diversion : 36·8 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 3408.
Situated in Block II, Maramarua Survey District, Mercer Town District. (S.O. 32545.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6919, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of November, 1942.

Land taken for Pleasure-grounds in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for pleasure-grounds and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 17 acres 2 roods 21·9 perches.
Being parts Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block and Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve and part of old bed of Tutaekuri River.
Situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2020.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110777, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of November, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 10·9 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 30385, being part Allotments 52 and 53, Parish of Takapuna.
Situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District (Borough of Northcote) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32613.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115266, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of November, 1942.
