THE following resolutions, passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives, are published in accordance with section 362 (3) of the Land Act, 1924.

Resolved, “That this House approves of the proposal contained in Paper No. 108 for the reservation for primary-education endowment of Allotment 111, Kourawhero Parish, North Auckland Land District.”—(On Motion of the Honourable Mr. Barclay.)
