Land taken, and Crown Land set apart, for Public Works.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, for public works; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of November, 1942.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28 of the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at page 800, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3073, taking land for road in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1·05 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 5503, being part of Subdivision C, Ngahauranga Native Reserve, being part of Section 9, Harbour District. Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20915.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114943, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1942.
