The Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942, Amendment No. 2.

PURSUANT to the Lighting Restrictions Emergency Regulations 1941, the Dominion Lighting Controller doth hereby make the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Lighting Restrictions Orders 1942* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Orders”).

2. Order No. 1 of the principal Orders is hereby amended by inserting, after clause 5, the following new clause:—

“5A. Every provision of these Orders relating to premises shall bind persons in premises owned or controlled by the Crown, as well as persons in any other premises.”
