PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Gisborne taken on the 17th day of October, 1942, for the proposal to borrow the sum of £45,000 for the purpose of augmenting existing water-supply by the acquisition of land for dam-site and catchment area, construction of access road, concrete dam, tunnel and pipe-line, installation of booster pump to maintain pressure, planting of catchment area, the following votes were recorded:—
