Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off High Street, in the City of Lower Hutt, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the Conditions as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of November, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 2 and 4, D.P. 624, being parts Sections 46 and 47, Hutt District, and being the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 137, folio 1, and Volume 250, folio 94, Wellington Registry, fronting the said proposed street within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of such street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 8-53 perches, more or less, being part Lots 2 and 4, D.P. 624, being part Sections 46 and 47, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112194, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Village of Raupo, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of November, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Vesting a Reserve in the Western District Farmers' Association (Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of November, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for purposes of exhibition of cattle and agricultural and other produce: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Western District Farmers' Association (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Western District Farmers' Association (Incorporated), in trust, as a reserve for purposes of exhibition of cattle and agricultural and other produce.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, being part Section 3, Block VI, Jacobs River Hundred, and bounded: Towards the north-east by Lot 4, D.P. 1990, part Section 4, Block VI, Jacobs River Hundred, a distance of 1332·6 links; towards the south-east by a public road, a distance of 875·4 links; and towards the south-west by another public road, a distance of 1594·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 57834A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of the Opotiki Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Hukutai Domain.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Opotiki Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said Domain, a sum not exceeding five pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Hukutai Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
