PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Kai Iwi Development Scheme.

Excluding Land from the Waikato Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 9th day of July, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 46 of the 15th day of the same month at page 1642, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and the said land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, containing 2 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, situate in Block XII, Puniu Survey District, and called or known as Mangatautari 6A 3D 1 Block (being part of the land described in the Schedule to the above-mentioned notice dated the 9th day of July, 1937).

Excluding Land from the Tikitere Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of May, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 46 of the 22nd day of June, 1933, at page 1657, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Tikitere Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 4 acres 2 roods 9 perches, more or less, called or known as Whakapoungakau No. 15D 7 and situate in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District.

NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—MANUKAU BAR.
New Main Channel.
Previous Notice.—No. 25 of 1941.
Position: Lat., 37° 05' S.; long., 174° 26' E. (approx.).
Alteration: A new main channel has formed approximately one-third of a mile north of the recent one, and on or about October 30th the leading beacons when in transit 077° will lead over the bar.
The upper beacon will be the extreme southern edge of the Signalman's house.
Recent soundings in this new channel taken by the Masters of the M.v. \"Hokianga\" and \"Hauturu\" gave a least depth of 21 ft. L.W.O.S.
