Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

Situated in Orahiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General af the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of October, 1941.

Stopping Government Road in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 14·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 209, Koma-korau Parish.

Situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28854.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94985, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of October, 1941.
