Lieutenant Colin Cargill Beveridge Mackenzie, R.N., appointed H.M.N.Z.S. "Philomel" additional, on relief, for passage to United Kingdom. (Date to be reported).
Lieutenant Robert Henry Fanshawe, R.N., lent Royal New Zealand Navy, to date 17th September, 1941, and appointed H.M.N.Z.S. "Leander" (T), vice Mackenzie. (Date to be reported).
Chief Petty Officer John Caldecott Mosford, Official Number D/J. 94292, promoted to Temporary Acting Gunner, to date 2nd October, 1941, and appointed H.M.N.Z.S. "Tamaki."

Probationary Temporary Sub-Lieutenant Albert Michael Halliday, confirmed in rank with original seniority of 29th August, 1940. Promoted to rank of Temporary Lieutenant, to date 29th August, 1941, and reappointed.
Probationary Temporary Lieutenant Arthur Lovat Fraser confirmed in rank with original seniority of 22nd July, 1941.
Honorary Lieutenant Oscar Aubrey Rixon, granted rank of Temporary Lieutenant, to date 12th September, 1941, (to serve under T. 124 (XV) agreement), and appointed H.M.N.Z.S. "Philomel II," additional, to date 12th September, 1941, for duty as Assistant Examining Officer, Lyttelton. Appointment as Honorary Lieutenant terminated, to date 11th September, 1941.
Honorary Lieutenant Ralph Pearson granted rank of Temporary Lieutenant, to date 12th September, 1941 (to serve under T. 124 (XV) agreement), and appointed H.M.N.Z.S.
